My Moodle site has been deleted. What could be the reason?
Your Moodle site could have been suspended by MooDIY team, due to non payment of renewal charges. The site is initially
suspended for 30 days. Only if you fail to make the payment within these 30 days, the site would be deleted.
The other reason could be that you yourself or someone from your MooDIY team has requested cancellation or termination
of the site.
If your site is suspended, please pay immediately to restore your site. However, if your site doesn't get restored even
after payment and is still showing up as suspended/deleted, please contact MooDIY Support.
