Some of my users are experiencing issues accessing my site. What steps should I take?

Check if the number of users created has exceeded the allowed number of users for the plan. If that is the case, either suspend/delete the users who no longer access the site. Alternatively, upgrade to a plan that can accommodate the expected number of users. Also, check that the users are using the correct credentials and are active/approved users on the site.

I am unable to modify the roles of my team members?

Team feature is not available for Essentials plans including Free Forever Plan. There can only be a single user for these plans. For other plans, click on "Manage Roles" on the top right user icon on the MooDIY client portal and check/edit the roles of the team members.
