Branding depends on what you want to change.
For Moodle site branding, you can usually update site name, front page content, logo, and theme settings from inside Moodle, subject to your Moodle role and the plan capabilities available to your site.
For deeper visual control, Premium and Enterprise plans support more flexibility with custom themes and plugins. Enterprise projects can also include implementation, customization, or multi-environment work where branding is part of a larger rollout.
For mobile app branding, the free MooDIY Premium App uses Moodiy branding. If you need your own app name, icon, colors, and app-store listing, use the Custom Branded App option.
