You can update some account details from the Moodiy client portal.
Use these areas:
- Settings for your user profile and security settings.
- Change Password if your account uses password-based sign-in.
- Two-Factor Authentication if it is available for your account.
- Organization Details for organization details.
Some identifiers, such as the email address used for authentication, may not be editable directly from the portal. If a field is locked, start a support conversation and explain what needs to change.
Changing Moodiy account details does not change the name, URL, users, or course content inside an individual Moodle site. Those are managed from the relevant Moodle site or subscription workflow.
