First, check whether both charges are completed payments or whether one is only a temporary authorization by your bank or payment provider.
Then review the Invoices area in the Moodiy client portal. If there is only one paid invoice, the second line on your bank statement may disappear automatically. If two payments were captured for the same invoice or subscription, contact support.
When you contact support, include:
- The invoice number.
- The subscription or site URL.
- The payment dates and amounts.
- The payment provider used.
- A screenshot or bank reference with sensitive card details hidden.
Moodiy can investigate the invoice and refund path when a duplicate payment has actually been captured.
