Do you offer a free trial?

Moodiy does better than a short trial for many customers: it offers a Free Forever plan when your requirements fit that plan. The current website describes the free plan as free for life for up to 50 users unless you stop using it for an extended period. You can use it to evaluate Moodle hosting, create a site, test core Moodle workflows, and decide whether you need a paid plan. The free plan is still subject to plan limits and fair-use expectations. If you need more users, storage, custom plugins, custom infrastructure, or broader support, choose a paid plan. For paid plans, review the refund policy before ordering. New paid orders may be refundable within the policy window, but paid subscriptions are annual and no pro-rata refund should be assumed.

Can I cancel a paid plan and get a refund?

For new paid orders, Moodiy's refund policy says refunds are available within 30 days of the order. After 30 days, refunds are not issued for unused subscription time or change of mind. Paid Moodiy plans are annual subscriptions paid in advance and renew automatically unless you stop renewal or cancel according to the policy. The refund policy also says you can delete your site to cancel the subscription and prevent future charges, but you should download any needed backups first. If Moodiy services are unavailable for an excessive amount of time, the policy says Moodiy may refund the subscription fee for the duration of the outage depending on the circumstances. If you were charged unexpectedly, or you believe your case fits an exception in the policy, contact Moodiy support with the invoice number, site URL, charge date, and reason for the request.

Moodiy plan families are designed for different levels of scale, control, and support. Essentials is the managed self-service option. It is suitable when you want Moodle hosting that is quick to start, uses Moodiy's curated plugin set, and fits the published user and storage limits. Premium provides dedicated Moodle hosting with more capacity and control. Current public plan copy describes Premium as starting at $800/year, with 1 TB included storage from Plan A, free Moodle migration, custom domains, custom themes and plugins, and priority support for the team. Enterprise is for larger or more complex organizations. It can include dedicated implementation support, custom development, integrations, multi-environment needs, multi-tenancy, and custom infrastructure scope. What is the approximate price of an Enterprise plan?

Moodiy's current website pricing source lists Enterprise plans starting from USD 10,000 per year. The final Enterprise price depends on the plan, infrastructure, environments, storage, implementation scope, integrations, development work, support model, and any custom requirements. Use the published Enterprise page as the starting point, then request a quote for your actual requirements. Share expected users, concurrency, storage, migration needs, custom plugins, integrations, reporting, environments, security requirements, and launch timeline. What should I do if payment fails?

If payment fails, first check the payment details and retry from the invoice or payment page in the Moodiy client portal. Common checks: 1. Confirm the card, PayPal account, or payment method is active. 2. Confirm your bank allows online and international payments if applicable. 3. Check whether 3D Secure or bank approval is required. 4. Make sure the invoice amount and currency are expected. 5. Try again from the invoice retry/payment page rather than starting a new order. What billing cycles are available?

Why is checkout asking for more payment details?

Checkout may ask for more details when the payment provider, bank, or Moodiy risk checks need extra verification. Follow the prompts shown by the payment provider and make sure the billing details are accurate. If checkout fails after extra verification, do not submit repeated new orders.
