Why is checkout asking for more payment details?

Checkout may ask for more details when the payment provider, bank, or Moodiy risk checks need extra verification.

This can happen for international payments, new cards, high-value invoices, bank security checks, 3D Secure authentication, PayPal approval, or risk review. Follow the prompts shown by the payment provider and make sure the billing details are accurate.

If checkout fails after extra verification, do not submit repeated new orders. Return to the invoice or payment page and retry the payment, or contact support with the invoice number and the exact message shown.

Moodiy support can review the invoice state, but your bank or payment provider may need to approve the payment on their side.
