What should I do if payment fails?

If payment fails, first check the payment details and retry from the invoice or payment page in the Moodiy client portal.

Common checks:

  1. Confirm the card, PayPal account, or payment method is active.
  2. Confirm your bank allows online and international payments if applicable.
  3. Check whether 3D Secure or bank approval is required.
  4. Make sure the invoice amount and currency are expected.
  5. Try again from the invoice retry/payment page rather than starting a new order.

If the payment still fails, contact your bank or payment provider first when the decline comes from them. Then contact Moodiy support with the invoice number and the error shown in the portal.
