Paid Moodiy plans are annual subscriptions paid in advance and renew automatically unless you stop renewal or cancel according to the policy. The refund policy also says you can delete your site to cancel the subscription and prevent future charges, but you should download any needed backups first.
If Moodiy services are unavailable for an excessive amount of time, the policy says Moodiy may refund the subscription fee for the duration of the outage depending on the circumstances.
If you were charged unexpectedly, or you believe your case fits an exception in the policy, contact Moodiy support with the invoice number, site URL, charge date, and reason for the request.
