What do I need on my computer to use a Moodiy-hosted Moodle site?

You only need a modern device, a current web browser, and a reliable internet connection.

For the best experience, use a recent version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge with JavaScript and cookies enabled. Some Moodle activities, file uploads, video sessions, or quizzes may need a stable connection and enough device storage for downloads.

Learners can also use the MooDIY Premium App for Moodle where mobile access is enabled for the site. Mobile access still follows the limits and settings of the Moodle site and hosting plan.

If a page does not load correctly, try updating the browser, clearing browser cache for the site, disabling conflicting extensions, and testing from another network.
