If your Moodle site needs more storage, use the client portal to review upgrade or capacity options for that subscription.
Your options may include:
- Upgrade to a larger plan.
- Add capacity if the product supports capacity changes.
- Move to Premium or Enterprise when you need much larger storage or dedicated infrastructure.
- Remove old files, unused course backups, or unnecessary content from Moodle if the storage is no longer needed.
Before upgrading, check what is using storage inside Moodle. Course files, submissions, H5P packages, backups kept inside Moodle, and imported content can all contribute to usage.
