How do I invite someone to my Moodiy team?

If team features are enabled for your organization and your role allows team management, you can invite teammates from the client portal.

  1. Sign in to the Moodiy client portal.
  2. Open Manage Roles or Pending Invitations.
  3. Choose the option to add or invite a team member.
  4. Enter the person's email address.
  5. Select the role that matches their responsibilities.
  6. Send the invitation.

The invited person must accept the invitation before they can use the account. If they cannot find the invitation, ask them to check the email address you used and their spam folder, then resend the invitation if the portal allows it.

If Pending Invitations shows Enterprise Plan Required, team invitations are not available for the organization from the current portal. If team features are enabled but the invite option is not visible, ask an organization admin to send it.
