Moodiy uses role-based access in the client portal so different people can work on the same account with different permissions. Team-management pages are available only when team features are enabled for the organization; the current portal shows an Enterprise Plan Required message when they are not enabled.
The main client-side roles are organization admin, organization manager, billing, support, and extended support. The exact permissions can vary as the permission matrix evolves, but the intent is:
- Organization admins manage the account, team, invitations, services, billing, and support access.
- Organization managers help operate the account without full ownership controls.
- Billing users focus on invoices, payment methods, and billing tasks.
- Support users focus on support conversations and product visibility.
- Extended support users have support-focused access with narrower service-registration permissions.
If you do not see a page such as Manage Roles or Pending Invitations, the organization may not have team features enabled, or your role may not include that permission. If team features are enabled but the page is still unavailable, ask an organization admin to review your role.
