Essentials sites are designed for automated setup and are usually ready within minutes after registration or payment and after you complete the site creation step.
Premium and Enterprise hosting use dedicated or manual setup steps. The client portal may show pending activation, a requirements form, or a Continue Setup task while the Moodiy team prepares the service. Premium hosting can take about one business day because dedicated infrastructure needs to be configured and tested.
If payment is complete but the portal still shows action required, open the pending setup task and complete any missing requirements. If the status is in progress and no action is requested from you, the Moodiy team is working on it.
