Use the reset path for the account you are trying to access.
For a Moodle site password, open your Moodle site login page and use the Lost password or forgotten password link. Moodle will send reset instructions if the account and email address are valid for that Moodle site.
For the Moodiy client portal password, use the portal login or password reset flow. If you are already signed in and your account supports password changes, use Settings and Change Password.
If you use single sign-on or another external login method, the password may need to be changed with that identity provider instead of inside Moodle or Moodiy.
Contact support if the reset email does not arrive, your email address has changed, or you are unsure whether the account is for Moodle or the Moodiy client portal.
