For Essentials hosting, site creation is designed to be self-service and usually completes quickly after registration or payment. In the client portal, choose the plan, complete checkout if payment is required, then continue to the site creation step and choose your site URL.
Premium and Enterprise hosting involve more manual setup. After purchase, the client portal may show a pending activation or requirements step while the Moodiy team prepares the service.
After your Moodle site is ready, use the client portal to manage the subscription and use the Moodle admin account inside the Moodle site to manage courses, users, and site settings.
