Use Activity Log in the Moodiy client portal to review important account and service events.
The activity log is intended to help you see account changes, service actions, billing-related activity, and other operational events that affect your organization. What you can see depends on your role and permissions.
For support conversations, use Conversations instead. That area shows your support message history with Moodiy, while Activity Log is for account and service events.
If an expected activity is missing, start a support conversation and include the approximate date, site, subscription, and action you are trying to trace.
