Your account details are visible only to users whose role gives them permission to view the relevant account area.
For example, organization admins can usually see broad organization and service details. Billing users may see billing and invoice areas. Support users may see support conversations and product information needed for support work. Users without the required permission should not see restricted pages in the client portal.
Moodiy support and operations teams may also access account or service details when needed to provide support, process billing, investigate incidents, or operate the service.
If a teammate can see more or less than expected, ask an organization admin to review their role in Manage Roles.
