Moodiy-managed Moodle sites include a curated Moodle setup so customers can start without building the platform from scratch. Essentials plans use a managed set of Moodle features, themes, and plugins. This keeps the shared platform stable, secure, and easier to support. The included set covers common teaching and learning needs such as course formats, H5P, BigBlueButton, SCORM, reporting, and other widely used capabilities. Premium and Enterprise plans provide more flexibility for custom themes, plugins, and code, subject to the plan and implementation scope. If you need a feature that is not available in your Moodle site, contact support with the plugin name, use case, and plan. Which Moodle site details can I change?

Some site details are managed in the Moodiy client portal, and others are managed inside Moodle. In the client portal, you may see workflows for service details, site URL changes, custom domain requests, plan changes, pending setup, and Moodle management features such as maintenance, export, import, or firewall settings. Inside Moodle, Moodle administrators manage course content, users, enrolments, front page settings, theme settings that are available to the plan, and other Moodle configuration. Some changes are plan-dependent. For example, custom plugins, custom themes, and deeper infrastructure changes require Premium, Enterprise, or a custom service scope. If you are not sure where a setting belongs, start a support conversation and include the site URL and the detail you want to change.

Upload users with a CSV file if you need to add many learners. 3. Let learners create or access accounts through the authentication methods enabled on your site. 4. Enrol learners into courses manually, by cohort, by enrolment key, or through another Moodle enrolment method available on your site. Your hosting plan still controls platform limits such as user capacity and storage. If you are near a plan limit, upgrade or reduce unused accounts before adding more learners. Git Integration is a separate optional add-on for deploying custom Moodle code, plugins, and themes from your own repository.
