What will be counted towards storage on my Moodle site?

All resources uploaded through files, folders and pages will be counted. Further all files added in assignments by the teacher and students or files uploaded in other Moodle activities will also get counted in the storage. Files generated as a result of using Moodle features e.g. course backups or items in the Recycle bin or annotation process will also be counted.

Who has access to view my account details?

In addition to yourself, the other team members who have admin permissions can view the account details. Please note that multiple team members are only allowed for Enterprise plans.

How do I send invitations for others to join my team?

You can invite team members to join if you have an Enterprise plan. You can do so by clicking on "Team members" button in your MooDIY portal You need to choose a role while sending an invite.

Can I add team members to my account to help manage my Moodle sites?

You can add members with specialised roles e.g. Billing and Support to your team on MooDIY If you have an active Enterprise Plan. Otherwise, you can only have a single member in your team. You can add members to your team by inviting them to to your MooDIY team. The invitees who accept then join your team while after being registered as MooDIY users.

Will I get the support for migrating my Moodle site from hosting elsewhere to MooDIY?

Yes, we do provide a one-time support free migration support for migrating your Moodle hosting to MooDIY for paid plans. Migration to free MooDIY plan is charged a nominal fee. Please note that any plugins or custom development not supported in your MooDIY plan will be discarded. Migrations are completed within a few hours of the access to the old data being received (for no customizations and no third party plugins). However, there could be delays due to factors that are not in our control, such as the current host's network speed, number of sites being migrated, and complexity of Moodle setup. However, our team will keep you informed about the migration status.

Can I see activity history of my team on MooDIY?

You can see log of all important activities e.g. account creation, account activation, site creation, payment etc. on the Activity Log page of the MooDIY client portal.

What roles are available for the team members on the MooDIY client portal?

The person who created the site initially becomes the sole team member with the admin role with all the privileges on MooDIY client portal. They also get direct login to Moodle from the site details page. Additionally, only for Enterprise plans, these admins can then add other MooDIY team members with Billing and Support roles by inviting them.
