Do you offer a free trial? And for how long?

We do much better - we offer a lifetime free plan for 50 users without asking to attach a credit card. It is of course subject to fair use. This plan is actually usable and is ad-free. You can always upgrade to a paid plan if you need more users or storage.

Can I install third-party plugins from the Moodle plugins directory?

Only Enterprise Plans support installing third party plugins. Essentials Plans don't allow installing third party plugins. You can only use the pre-installed plugins, that is a curated superset of the plugins available at MoodleCloud. These plugins include themes and course formats.

Can I use my own Domain?

Your own domains are allowed only in Enterprise plan. For Essentials plans, you can choose only a subdomain of the pre-configured domain available at MooDIY while naming your site.

Can I downgrade my plan?

You can downgrade your plan for a specific Moodle site from its site details page on the client portal. Plan downgrades become effective only from the next billing cycle.

How can I use my own domain?

Essentials plan only let you choose a subdomain of one of the pre-configured domain names. Currently, you can host on your own domain name only if you have an Enterprise plan. Our upcoming Prime plans will allow choosing your own domain besides your own Moodle plugins.

How do I get extra storage for my Moodle site?

This requires a plan upgrade. You can upgrade to an appropriate plan tier yourself from the Site Details Page if you not on the Enterprise Plan.. Do contact the MooDIY team if you encounter an issue. Enterprise plan customers may contact the MooDIY Support.
